Applicant was 254i eligible thanks to a petition filed in1996. He had to file a common law marriage that was backdated just at the right time so that his stepdaughter did not age out as the qualifying petitioner. Despite a DWI offense, he was approved for a 10-year green card!

PLG was retained in March of 2017 for I-130 Petition of a Relative, I-601A Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver and Consular Processing. I-130 was approved in March 2019.
