When it was announced that Temporary Protected Status (TPS) was being offered to Venezuelan Nationals, our firm immediately began to assist individuals that qualified. In the last week, we got our first Venezuelan approval for one of our clients. The process from filing to receiving an approval was four months.

Client entered the States c.2003, was caught, released on bond and given voluntary departure. However, the client did not follow orders.
